Cheesey Ranchero Topping:

1/2 cup Finely Choped Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
3 TBS Marie's Creamy Ranch Dressing
Dash of Black Pepper

Mix in a bowl, or for finer texture use a blender or food processor but not necessary.

Use Cheesey Ranchero Topping on Chicken Fajitas, Salad, or any of your favorite dishes as a garnish base and top with dill, basil, or rosemary sprigs. It's delightful!
